Koorong is looking for organised and enthusiastic people with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills to work in our National Call Centre at West Ryde. This is a rewarding opportunity for you to make a difference in our customer’s lives by linking them to the right resources to make an eternal difference. Role Specifics: Casual shifts as required (Call Centre opening hours: Mon - Sat, 8:00am – 6:00pm) Must be available for increased shifts to cover staff away on leave during busy periods (such as university exam periods, holidays, sales, pre-Christmas season etc) Ideal candidates are available 3-4 days a week Multiple positions currently available Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service via in-bound calls, emails and mail in a professional and timely manner.
