About the Role : The ReachAcross Australia National Director is responsible for the strategic development of ReachAcross as an organisation in Australia. He will be responsible for:    Mobilising awareness and prayer for the Muslim world and workers; Mobilising and recruiting personnel; Personnel management and support, remuneration, payroll, organisational learning, policies and procedures, and performance and conduct management; Developing financial support for ministries; Financial planning, accounting, and reporting. About the Ideal Candidate : You are a motivated entrepreneur with proven people, management and leadership skills, experience in organisational development and mission, especially among Muslims. You have a strong background as a mission leader and are able to bring creativity and enthusiasm to this role. You are able to develop a team dedicated to creating capacity for Christian ministry through new strategies, and back office support services. You work by leading and empowering, and not by command and control.  You help others to achieve their best and celebrate their successes, and by creating a culture of serving others. You have a proven ability to convey a strategic vision and positively engage and influence others. You have demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and broad communication skills, including strong influencing skills, negotiation and conflict management skills and experience in cultivating and sustaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders. Bible Society Australia (BSA) is currently seeking a full-time Donor Care Representative to help champion our mission in Tasmania. Bring your solid fundraising and customer relations experience to supporting the ministry of Bible Society. Reporting to the National Manager Donor Care, this position is part of the National Donor Care Team whose objective is to grow the mission of BSA through deeper supporter relationships and increasing supporter income. Based in Hobart or Launceston, but operating throughout Tasmania, this role’s primary purpose is to raise funds for BSA, fulfilling the interests and passions of donors to BSA by providing them with giving opportunities and encouraging them to give. Key Criteria: To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate: Excellent fundraising, sales or customer service experience Excellent long-term relationship building experience in a commercial or non- profit environment Capacity to meet and exceed fundraising targets Curiosity to learn about donor passions and interests and bring them joy in their giving Capacity to work independently, using your own initiative and as part of a broader team A desire to further the Christian message through the work of Bible Society Australia Current driver’s license If this role sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
