Position Vacant: Kids Pastor/Coordinator (part-time)  The Lakes Church (Cairns, QLD) is seeking to appoint a Kids Pastor/Coordinator, responsible for providing leadership to our kids ministry. You may be an experienced pastor/leader or just beginning your ministry journey—if you have a sense of gifting and call, we’d love to hear from you. You will oversee our Lakes Kids program which operates during both services each Sunday. Lakes Kids is spread across two rooms; Junior & Primary. The Junior room is for our youngest kids, from 2 years old, while the Primary room is for primary aged kids. Teenagers serve alongside adults as Junior Leaders on the Lakes Kids team. You will also have a voice into how our church reaches and ministers to kids and families, a responsibility to develop leaders and a coordinating role in annual events for kids and families.
