The Senior Pastor will provide spiritual and pastoral oversight of the congregation and inspire the congregants to participate in the vision, mission and values of the church. The role also requires the equipping and developing of the gifts and leadership of both the Senior Leadership Team and the members of the congregation and fostering the discipleship of the congregation. The Pastor would encourage the congregation in its mission outreach (including integration of new members) and inspire Godly living and service by Bible based preaching.   The Pastor also oversees facilitation of worship services.
