POSITION DESCRIPTION • Permanent Part-Time or  Full-Time • Commencing Term 1, 2023 • Base Full-Time Salary Range as of February 202 - Band 1 $81,723, Band 2 $101,401,  Band 3 $115,78 THE ROLE Secondary science teachers direct and instruct the learning of students from Years 7 to 10 as they seek to develop and refine their understanding and knowledge of God’s world in a modern context. Through the study of Science students learn about our biological, chemical, geological, physical and technological world. Full-Time secondary teachers at Carinya Gunnedah teach 25 periods per week with 5 periods per week being allocated for preparation, administration and relief. All teachers participate in the pastoral care of students and in co-curricular activities at the school.
