Director of Pathway Community Centre An opportunity is available for a full-time Director of Pathway Community Centre .  Pathway Community Centre is the community development ministry of Clovercrest Baptist Church and serves the most vulnerable in our community while giving them opportunity to develop and thrive.  The Director of Pathway leads a staff team and volunteers and will provide a high level of spiritual, missional, discipleship and operational leadership in the life of Pathway and the church.  The Director of Pathway reports directly to the Lead Pastor of Clovercrest Baptist Church and will become a member of the Pathway Board.  The applicant will be a person who holds a degree, such as in ministry or community development, and will have significant experience and abilities within a community development environment or not-for-profit.
