Who We Are PCCC was founded by a group of overseas Chinese migrants in 1978 in Doubleview located to the north of Perth City. In November 1991, PCCC planted a church branch in the south of Perth City in the suburb of Parkwood. PCCC at Parkwood has 2 congregations, the English Congregation (English-speaking) and the Chinese Congregation (Mandarin and Cantonese).
