This exciting role will focus on reaching out to existing and prospective customers through an outbound strategy. Our loyal customers are warm and keen to hear about our latest products and services. Koorong is currently seeking a part time Café Assistant for our West Ryde Pages Café. If you enjoy working in a busy café and love relating with people, this role offers the perfect balance in a fast-paced and fun environment while also supporting Koorong’s mission as a Christian retailer. Role Specifics: West Ryde location - next to station Permanent Part time role Your availabilities will include 3 days per week, 15 - 20 hours per week (preferably Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) Key duties include customer service, food preparation, coffee making, cash register operation, washing up and cleaning duties. We are also looking for someone with leadership qualities who can take on shift supervisor responsibilities.  Providing a positive customer experience is an essential requirement of this role. Key Criteria: The successful person will have Barista training and experience in hospitality, along with a great attitude and enthusiasm to deliver great food and beverages to our valued customers.
