About the Donor Care and Support Position Christianityworks is seeking to recruit a permanent part-time team member in this position. This will be someone who loves encouraging, nurturing, caring for and praying with friends and supporters of the ministry. By far and away the majority of this role is performed by telephone, SMS, email and post. Face-to-face contacts are rare. The role involves both a front line ministry aspect (dealing directly with listeners and supporters) and an administrative support aspect. The key aspects of the role are as follows: proactively building relationships with donors, answering the phone and taking orders and donations, following up voicemails left after hours, responding to queries from the ministry’s websites, social media and emails, calling and/or writing to donors to thank them for their support, praying with and encouraging listeners, viewers and donors, accurately updating the supporter database as required,...
