Converge International is a wholly Australian owned company; one of the largest Employee Assistance Program, consulting and training providers in the country. We were the first provider in Australia to deliver EAP services and we have been operating since 1960. Today, we have over 700 qualified consultants located within close proximity to our client organisations enabling us to provide maximum coverage and support. We engage various professionals to help us on our mission, including counsellors, psychologists, social workers and chaplains. Originally known as the Inter-church Trade and Industry Mission (ITIM) we have been providing chaplaincy and pastoral care to the industry for more than 50 years. These sites include manufacturers, local council, emergency services, government departments and even FIFO mine sites.  Our chaplains come from a variety of denominational backgrounds including Anglican, Catholic, Lutheran, ACC and Churches of Christ.
