The Resilience Centre

The Resilience Centre is a Christian Psychology practice in Epping Sydney. The practice has been running for 25 years with an outstanding reputation for evidence based and effective approaches to mental health. All 20 practitioners are trained in solution focused and strength approaches to wellbeing and are committed to collaborative and wholistic care. Collaborative supervision, support and accountability are part of the culture in the Resilience centre, with opportunities for emerging psychologists and social workers to learn from the team. To date there have been over 40 interns and Masters students undertake supervision to complete their registration requirements with AHPRA. 

At the Resilience Centre, training and research is a major part of the organisation. Client therapy groups, accredited training in the resilience model and training for clients and professionals in using a solution focused perspective are regular events at the centre. Practitioners and students are encouraged to share their knowledge to the general public through talks workshops, blogs and podcasts. The resilience Centre has a regular podcast with reflections, psycho-education and challenging conversations from the team of psychologists.
