The College runs a strong values program that is intended to provide students with a thorough grounding in the Christian faith and relate this instruction to the life of the student. We aim to encourage a strong sense of self-worth, along with respect for others, while fostering the God-given gifts and abilities of each student.
Every child a gifted child, growing and learning together in Christ.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of our College and the reason for its existence. We proclaim His love and forgiveness, and seek to live under His guidance.
We believe that all people have God given gifts and talents. Our teachers are facilitators of a vibrant learning process which enables our students to strive toward their best in the spiritual, intellectual, physical, cultural, social and emotional areas of their lives.
Good News Lutheran College was established for and continues to provide a quality Christian education for members of its local congregations, and for those in the wider community who seek such an education. We will promote values and standards in line with this Christian ethos with a commitment to providing a cooperative environment in which our students, teachers and parents are able to grow together.
Through God's Word students will learn about the relationship of God to all people and the relationship of His people to others.
