OUR GOAL

To be a church of 1100 disciple-makers (i.e. 1100 people in attendance at church each week) by the end of 2016 and 50% of our growth to be by conversion

• To develop implementation plans, both Parish-wide & Ministry-wide:
• To grow Disciple-making Disciples (including outreach strategies)
• To retain visitors
• To develop an evangelistic culture
