SMG offers ongoing pastoral and practical care and support through Chaplaincy and Wellbeing services to school communities in partnership with the Department for Education, Christian churches and other organisations.  As an approved chaplaincy provider, SMG employs in excess of 350 staff across the state, both in Pastoral Care roles and in support positions.
