About CYC Ministries
As the ministry department of Christian Youth Camps, CYC Ministries facilitates over 40 camps and events for young people, families and leaders predominantly held across our five campsites in Victoria. Whilst our Christian faith is at the core of what we do, CYC camps and events extend to young people and families from a diverse range of backgrounds aiming to encourage campers to develop new skills, grow in their confidence, create life-long memories as well as engage in Christian input and discuss issues around life and faith.
About the position
Through this exciting new role, the Holiday Camps Coordinator will oversee and equip our existing staff team of Camp Directors to implement our Holiday Camps ministry to Primary and Teen aged young people.
Through their leadership of this team, the successful applicant will take continue to ensure the growth of our Holiday Camps ministry as a whole, develop consistency across our camping programs, whilst also encouraging individual expressions across sites. Through this they will continue to develop, implement and maintain the processes and procedures required to support the ongoing growth and effectiveness of each of our Holiday Camps.
Working alongside the CYC Ministries Manager, and within the senior staff team, this role will also play a significant role in shaping the future direction of CYC Ministries.

This is a full-time salaried position, equivalent to 38 hours per week. Due to the nature of this role, there would be some out-of-hours work and camp involvement expected as part of the salary arrangement. The position will be based out of our office in Wantirna, but will include out-of-office school holiday commitments.
