The role of the Site Coordinator is to ensure that Camp is clean, ready and operational for our guests and groups coming onto site. This covers a range of activities, including cleaning of the site, management of equipment, helping in the kitchen, general maintenance and responding to guest needs and requests. There is also the possibility to be trained in leading our climbing wall and archery activities.
The role would suit a single person or a married couple who are seeking to share the hours and the responsibilities of the position.
Work hours include weekends, evenings and public holidays. Rostering is negotiated between staff to ensure equity and an appropriate work-life balance. For the right person we can provide additional training and mentoring if required.
The position provides a salary in line with the award wage. Package includes on-site accommodation.
