SU Board of Australia

The Finance Committee of the SU Board of Australia currently has three members with a plan to add an additional volunteer member by the end of 2021.  The successful nominee will serve as a member of that committee, assisting the Board of SU Australia, but is not expected to become a Director of the company.

Our ideal nominee will have:

  • Active church membership and be a mature Christian of good character
  • Contemporary knowledge of IFRS, national enterprise financial analytical skills, and risk management skills
  • Experience in change management is also highly desirable
  • Governance experience of large entities ($30M or more)
  • Prior experience with a NFP Board or Board subcommittee is preferred
