Koorong is looking for organised and enthusiastic people with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills to work in our National Call Centre at West Ryde. The successful person will provide exceptional customer service via in-bound calls, emails and mail in a professional and timely manner. Providing an enjoyable Koorong experience for our external and internal customers will require being well informed on products and processes. Other responsibilities include product order entry and answering inquiries.
Call Centre experience preferred. We are looking for a hard worker with initiative and the ability to work independently in a fun and fast-paced environment. You will need to be accurate and efficient, have a positive attitude and the ability to focus on completing tasks on time. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is critical to success in this role.
An intermediate level of computer literacy is essential, along with fast and accurate typing skills. A passion for Christian retailing and a good knowledge of Christian resources would be an advantage.
