About the job:

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team on a part time basis for between 20-28 hours per week.

Your job will be to coordinate and monitor the end-to-end sales processes within the organisation, ensuring that all sales activities are completed as required, whilst supporting the Head of Sales and the geographically-disperse sales team. You will also manage all aspects of sales administration.

About you:

You’re a self-starter who enjoys operating independently and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.  You’re highly organised, have experience in identifying and delivering process improvements, and enjoy working to tight deadlines. You’re no shrinking violet – you have excellent influencing skills and are tenacious in seeking out the information you require to get the job done.

Additionally, you have:

·        Previous experience in business operations / administration

·        Strong MS office skills

·        Strong written and oral communication skills

·        A strong desire to grow and enhance your skillset in a fast-paced, dynamic and supportive organisation

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the ability to work within a Christian ethos and vision.
