Director of Network & Movement
Location: Melbourne (preferred)
2 year full-time fixed term contract
City to City Australia (CTCA) has a vision to see major city and rural centres in Australia worshipping Jesus Christ as Lord so that God will renew them spiritually, socially and culturally. Founded by author and pastor Tim Keller, we seek to realise this vision by championing and resourcing the local church to catalyse new church plants, by strengthening and renewing existing churches and by building collaborative gospel movements across Australia.
The Director of Network & Movement reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for the development and expansion of our national catalyst program, and maintaining and developing relationships that drive movements of the gospel in the cities and sub-cities of Australia. Currently, CTCA works alongside 13 catalysts across most states and territories, including a Chinese Catalyst for engagement with the Chinese-speaking church in Australia.
The Director of Network & Movement is someone with a deep heart for gospel movements in the cities of Australia, someone with deep theological conviction, and someone who is catalytic, charismatic and driven to see Jesus known and glorified across our country.
Hear from our founder, Tim Keller as he explains the role of a Catalyst:

Collaboratively working with the team across CTCA such that Catalysts are managed, supported and trained to grow front-line delivery of City to City’s products and solutions;
Addressing and resolving client issues; and
Working with the broader CTCA team to develop innovative new product or program offerings.
Key Selection Criteria
Strong alignment with City to City DNA and theological statement;

A Competitive Package will be offered to the successful applicant.
City to City Australia is non-sectarian, and works to train, coach, fund and catalyse men and women leaders from a variety of church, social and cultural backgrounds. We welcome gospel-centred applicants from any background.
