Position Overview:
An integral part of our Tenant Services team, our Tenancy Worker will help to ensure our properties are efficiently tenanted, and that residents are supported to maintain their tenancy through clear, consistent, and resident-focused communication.
The Tenancy Worker will play a crucial role in maintaining a culture where residents enjoy positive relationships with staff, volunteers, the wider community, and each other. These relationships are the cornerstone of our success in managing safe, peaceful rooming houses. These positive relationships with residents, coupled with attention to detail and the provision of accurate, timely information, form the essential framework for achieving consistently positive outcomes in our tenancy management approach.
Servants’ properties are currently located across Kew and Hawthorn, however organisational growth may lead to changes in our location over time.
Our Tenancy Worker is a 0.6 EFT position, with the ability to work these hours across 4 or 5 days highly favoured. The Tenancy Worker reports directly to our Head of Tenant Services and works alongside our team of live-in, onsite house managers.
