Worship Ministry Leader

Our vision at Riverton Baptist Community Church is to be a biblical, Spirit-led, evangelistic, caring community of all ages and many cultures passionate about growing followers of Jesus. 

We are seeking an outstanding female or male Worship Pastor who shares this vision and can mobilise others to strategically achieve it. 

In this role you will lead a team who creatively inspire people to magnify Jesus.

Experience is preferred. However, we are also very willing to invest in developing a suitable ministry candidate/student.

Requirements: 

• An evident personal love for Jesus Christ and a commitment to his mission in the world.
• Relevant theological qualifications or progress towards completion. 
• Experience in worship ministry. An audition will be required, and you'll need to show us what you know about contemporary technology and musicality.
• Emotional and cultural intelligence.  You will need high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others in positive ways.
• Current Working with Children Check. 
• National Police Clearance 
• The right to work in Australia.
