About the role

We are looking for a part-time Facilities and Assets Administrator who will be responsible for facilities management at the Brisbane office.  In addition, the role supports the Manager Assets, Insurance, and Compliance and Group Manager Risk, Compliance, and Assets with administrative duties including site training and fleet management.

This role is located in Brisbane, with access to our Fortitude Valley office essential. This is a part-time role (2 days per week).

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in building maintenance services and/or trade experience and trade qualifications
  • Intermediate-to-advanced level computer literacy e.g developing/ interpreting spreadsheets, developing Word/Google Doc documents, applying electronic access control and building management systems
  • Driver’s License (Manual Transmission is desirable)
