Job Description

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER / TELESALES / PART-TIME

As a Public Relations Manager you will be representing the CEO of successful productivity and coaching business that is changing people’s lives by giving them the skills to achieve their dreams and goals.

Your principle role is to find and book and manage appointments for our CEO to complete free training for our prospect's business teams. You will find, research and qualify leads, then book appointments over the phone. Using your warm demeanour, strong communication, research skills and telesales experience you will uncover information about each prospect, book qualifying appointments, build business relationships, follow up prospective clients, assist with the growth of relationships with existing clients and promote the business.

The Role

  • Core of the role is to book appointments for a well-known public speaker
  • You will find new leads based on industries and other criteria provided to you
  • Follow up calls with prospects by phone and email
  • Assist with the follow up of existing clients.

 

To be successful …

  • Must have extensive previous (~2 years) experience in over-the phone sales (not just telemarketing) – such as working in a call centre
  • Keen to work part time for full-time remuneration
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience collecting payment details over the phone
  • A friendly & professional manner with strong relationship building skills
  • A strong desire to progress
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • A love of personal development
  • Must have excellent English ability (written and verbal)
  • Honest, reliable and self-reliant
  • A balance of tenacity without being too intense
  • Healthy and Optimistic
  • Able to step outside of your comfort zone in the pursuit of growth and success
  • Able to work from premises of your choosing suitable for making phone calls without disruption.

  • You will be paid based on your results achieved - primarily on appointments achieved for the CEO and clients enrolled during those talks.
  • No set hours – you choose when you work – so comes with a high degree of flexibility for family, a second job, study or other commitments
  • Potential to earn $1300+ a week for around 20 hours work
