Role Specifics:

This role will require a manager that can work independently and at times with minimal coverage. The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations and administration of the café. Their key purpose is to ensure the café is a successful business that provides exceptional service to existing and new customers.

Preparing high quality food and beverages to food safety standards and WHS guidelines is essential. Staff supervision, rostering, managing café budgets and expenditure is also an important part of this role.


Key Criteria:

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a similar hospitality role. Significant awareness of WHS and food handling hygiene standards is essential. We are looking for a hard worker with a customer-focused approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid organisational skills and the ability to focus on completing tasks on time is also highly valued. A Café Manager who can make the perfect cup of coffee is welcomed as we also require a candidate with great Barista skills.
