Job Description

Living Wholeness Position

Assistant to the CEO

Living Wholeness is a Not For Profit company registered in Australia in 2019.

LW  primary focus is to train lay and professional counselling trainers, encompassing discipleship and healthy relationships.  Our goal is to equip the church to bring God centred transformation within and beyond the Body of Christ.  In the past 15 years, LW has found that it’s material and training is relevant to the growing Church in the developing world, and its impact is developing beyond our expectation.

Living Wholeness:

  • Is a community of Christians working in the Christian Counselling training space.
  • Offers strategic training of trainers underpinned by resources and research.
  • Is active in Australia, and around 14 Asian nations, and Brazil.
  • Has a training and leadership community of over 100 volunteers from these nations.
  • Is governed by a Board of Directors, led by a small executive team, and has 6 departments.

We are seeking a part time voluntary Assistant to the CEO to commence in the new year. (1 -2 days a week)

Specific areas of capacity sought include:

  • Business operations
  • Finance records and donor interface
  • Product development oversight
  • Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Project management and reporting

Working online from a home base is entirely acceptable.

Experience in some but not all above areas is fine.

Whilst LW work mainly involves teaching counselling, our need is for a businessperson who has experience in the above areas of capacity to facilitate the growth that is happening, and provide the necessary infrastructure capacity.

The position may suit a retired missionary with business interest or a retired/ing businessperson, or someone who can offer their time in a voluntary capacity.

Interested people please contact CEO Dr David Nikles for more information.
