Qualifications & experience

We are always open to speaking with psychologists who are passionate about what they do and who align with our values. Skills and experience in working with children under the age of 12 would be valued but is not essential.

We require:

  • Current registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
  • Possession or ability to arrange: professional indemnify insurance, NSW working with children check, Medicare provider number, current police clearance and an ABN.

 Your role

Your role will involve providing psychological therapy for a variety of client presentations. Most common presentations include depression, anxiety and stress, with flexibility to develop a niche area of practice depending on your interests.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to peer supervision discussions with team members as part of our friendly and supportive environment.

You will provide letters and reports to referrers as needed.

You will join a small team of caring psychologists who provide a collaborative and encouraging environment. We aim to support each other in the development of our knowledge and skills. We aim to have a healthy, burn out free work environment.

We provide flexible days. You will have the option to extend your work days as your case load grows. We have a calm and comfortable work environment close to Castle Hill's shopping district and new Metro station.

We provide percentage split arrangements and superannuation. You will receive consistent referrals with a variety of presentations and flexibility to develop a niche area of practice.

We are currently in the process of setting up a beautiful new office in Castle Hill and are looking to expand out team. We have availability to welcome a new psychologist on board for 1-2 days per week currently, with opportunity to offer further days in the coming months once our new office is ready.
